Bruce originally was the President and Owner of Montaña Verde Consultores y Valuadores S.R.L. de C.V (Founded in 1998) and Bruce D. Greenberg Inc. (Founded in 1981).
Mr.Greenberg is a registered Perito with the Instituto de Administración y Avalúos de Bienes Nacionales (INDAABIN). Mr. Greenberg was the lead advisor to INDAABIN, Mexico’s federal agency in charge of the administration and valuation of all public properties, in adapting International Valuation Standards as a mandatory requirement for all federal government assets. This organization is in charge of determining, leading the planning, the policy and administration of all federal Real Estate and Personal Property assets and appraisals.
Over the past 45 years, Mr. Greenberg has established relationships with leading real estate lenders, agencies, developers, governmental officials and has performed more than 20,000 valuation and/or consulting assignments in about 20 nations throughout the North and Latin America and the Caribbean. After completed his first assignment in Mexico in 1997, he has since performed nearly 3,500 assignments encompassing more than 7,500 properties throughout North and Latin America and the Caribbean in various real estate matters in the commercial, industrial, residential, touristic and hospitality real estate sectors. These relationships are crucial in order to gather reliable and sufficient data to competently meet the needs and standards of the various real estate industries.
Archstone is an International multidisciplinary organization providing Real Estate valuation/consulting/ investment analysis/ review/ due diligence/ and brokerage-management services in both North and South Americas. The leaders of Archstone are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Appraisal Institute, Counselors of Real Estate and the American Society of Appraisers.
