Cross Border Express

WHAT IS CBX?

Cross Border Xpress (CBX) is an exclusive pedestrian bridge for passengers from the Tijuana International Airport, allowing passengers to cross the border between Mexico and the United States. CBX started operations in December 2015

The bridge is 390 ft long and connects the Tijuana International Airport with a terminal in San Diego. It is the first building to connect the U.S.A. to a foreign airport terminal. CBX serves millions of passengers that cross the border as part of their trip, helping them avoid unforeseen delays in the congested border crossings of San Ysidro and Otay Mesa.
