It is located in a convent built in the 18th century by the religious order of the Jesuits. Over the years the temple passed into the hands of the Franciscans and later the Dominicans. Around 300 pieces are sheltered and exhibited in it, including archaeological remains, paintings and sacred sculptures from the 17th and 18th centuries.
