Bisbees are having a big party in a couple of weeks to celebrate Netflix’s debut of the “Blue Miracle” movie on 27th May.
Blue Miracle is a full blown Hollywood movie that was produced about Cabo’s Casa Hogar Orphanage team winning their Black & Blue Tournament after hurricane Odile destroyed Cabo in 2014.
Netflix released the movie trailer a couple of weeks ago which you can view below.
Bisbees decided to give it the full Hollywood treatment by hosting a big, red carpet premier screening event. They’ve rented the iconic Grenada Theater, a historic landmark in Dallas’ lower Greenville neighborhood. Established in 1946, the Grenada is incredibly rich in Texas history and over the decades has seen everything from Gone With The Wind and fifty cent matinees, to Willie Nelson concerts. Renovated in 2020, the Granada mixes a classic Art Deco style with modern amenities and is a perfect location for the screening!
There is no charge for coming to the event, however they will have a donation jar for Casa Hogar on-site that you can drop something into.
The Grenada can accommodate approximately 200 people, which will most likely fill very fast. If you’d like to go to the event, you can send Bisbees an email to Premier@Bisbees.com. Tell them how many people will be in the party and they’ll email you back with confirmation that they have room or not. If you’re traveling from out of town the event is fairly close to the Dallas’ “Uptown” area which has lots of hotel choices.
