Just in the first six months of this year, Los Cabos has sold $213.7 million USD in real estate transactions. That’s $1.18 million a day, and it makes 2021 the second best year for real estate sales in Los Cabos.
Sales of condominiums and homes of every price range are being sold and new developments, small and large, are popping up everywhere.
